Not available on a particular day(s) and want to cancel the meal(s), here is a very easy way to do it:

Self-Cancellation on Website

(Lunch can be cancelled before 5 am and dinner before 1 pm on same day)

• You can cancel the meal by logging into your account and opening this Page. Your active meal subscription along with dates will be visible.
• You can click on the date(s) on which you would want to cancel the meal(s).
• These cancelled meals will be Auto Carry Forwarded.

Cancellation by Sending Whatsapp/SMS

(Lunch can be cancelled before 8 pm a day Prior and dinner before 1 pm on same day)

• You can also cancel the meal by sending us a Whatsapp/SMS on our registered numbers 9810496339/9625733996.
• Please message your Name Surname, order number and the date(s) to cancel the meals.
• However, by this method, Lunch can only be cancelled on or before 8

p.m. a Day before, and dinner can only be cancelled on the same day on or before 1 p.m. For Example, Lunch for 31st January 2025 can only be cancelled by sending an SMS/Whatsapp before 8 p.m. on 30th January 2025.

• These cancelled meals will be Auto Carry Forwarded.

No Cancellation messages post the timings given above will be done. You can do it by Self-Cancellation on the Website after these timings.
