Mrs. Poonam Vashishth
The heart behind Indian Chimnee, Mrs. Poonam Vashishth is not only the co-founder of DDP Foods LLP but also the guiding spirit of everything we do.
With a Master’s degree in Economics and a background in Management, she combines intellect with instinct—especially when it comes to the art of cooking. Her lifelong passion for food, flavors, and creativity in the kitchen is what sparked the idea for Indian Chimnee.
It was her vision to bring back the essence of home-style, vegetarian meals to busy urban lives—cooked with care, served with soul, and packed with purpose. Every recipe, every thali, every fusion twist carries a bit of her warmth, wisdom, and love for real food.
Mrs. Vashishth believes that great food doesn’t just satisfy hunger—it brings people together, creates comfort, and tells a story. And Indian Chimnee is her way of sharing that story with the world.
Mr. Priyansh Vashishth
The driving force behind Indian Chimnee and the visionary founder of DDP Foods LLP, Mr. Priyansh Vashishth brings a rare blend of culinary expertise, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial spirit to the table.
A graduate of IHM Mumbai (2014), Priyansh has deep roots in the food industry. His leadership roles at renowned brands like Domino’s, Pizza Hut, and Chaayos sharpened his skills in restaurant operations, sales, and brand strategy—giving him a 360° view of what it takes to run and grow successful food ventures.
Fuelled by a passion for food, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, he set out on his own journey—to build purpose-driven restaurant brands that prioritize quality, consistency, and value.
Today, under his leadership, DDP Foods LLP is home to multiple thriving brands, including Indian Chimnee, which reflects his commitment to reimagining vegetarian dining with modern sensibilities and traditional soul.
Alka Sharma
With over 8 years of hands-on experience in marketing, retail operations, and team leadership, Alka Sharma brings strategic clarity and executional excellence to DDP Foods LLP. A postgraduate in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and IT, she has held leadership roles at renowned organizations including Fabindia and Rituraj Textiles.
At Indian Chimnee, she drives end-to-end operations, brand growth, digital marketing, and customer engagement. Her deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail management, and online promotion tools makes her a powerhouse of planning and precision—ensuring our services run smoothly and scale smartly.

Mr. Atul Gupta
With over 35 years of rich experience in the fields of finance, logistics, market research, and strategic analysis, Mr. Atul Gupta plays a vital role as the Financial and Marketing Consultant at DDP Foods LLP.
A seasoned Chartered Accountant by profession, he brings unmatched expertise in business structuring, financial planning, and market insights.
