1. How does Indian Chimnee’s subscription work?

We deliver fresh, homestyle vegetarian meals right to your doorstep. Choose your meal preferences (lunch/dinner), portion size, and subscription plan (3, 10, or 30 days). Once subscribed, meals will be delivered automatically on your selected days.

2. Can I customize my meals or preferences?

Yes! You can select your cuisine, portion size, and dietary choices during subscription. You may also update preferences later from your account before the daily cut-off time.

3. Do I need to order daily?

No. Once subscribed, meals are automatically scheduled and delivered as per your plan. You can pause, skip, or reschedule anytime.

4. What is the minimum subscription duration?

Our flexible plans start from as little as 3 days. You may pause or renew as per your convenience.

5. When will I receive my meals?
  • Lunch: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Dinner: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

You’ll receive a tracking SMS or WhatsApp 30 minutes before delivery.

6. What is the cut-off time to make changes or cancel a meal?
  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to delivery. For next-day meals, updates must be submitted before 10 PM.

7. How do I track my delivery?
  • Track your meal via the link sent on SMS/WhatsApp or contact support for live updates.

8. Is delivery and packaging included?
  • Yes. All prices are inclusive of delivery, packaging, and taxes, unless custom delivery or packaging is selected.

9. How does Indian Chimnee ensure hygiene?
  • Our kitchen follows strict FSSAI and WHO-recommended hygiene protocols. All utensils are sanitized, staff undergo daily health checks, and the kitchen is deep-cleaned after every service.

10. Can I order just one meal to try?
  • Absolutely. We offer trial meals so you can taste before subscribing long-term.

11. Can I schedule deliveries or change time slots?
  • Meals are delivered in predefined time slots for route efficiency. However, if you face a genuine issue, contact our support and we’ll try to adjust your timing.

12. What are the payment options?
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

13. Can I give feedback or raise issues?
  • Yes. You can share feedback through your account’s order history or directly via WhatsApp. Your input helps us improve continuously.

14. How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
