Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value our customers and aim to provide a seamless experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.
  1. Order Cancellation
  • Tiffin Services:
    • Daily Orders: Cancellations must be made by 8:00 PM on the previous day for lunch and by 12:00 PM on the same day for dinner.
    • Subscription Plans: For weekly or monthly plans, cancellations or modifications should be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Corporate Catering & Events:
    • Cancellations for corporate events or bulk orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered due to our fault, a full refund will be processed.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive a different meal than what was ordered, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with appropriate evidence (e.g., photographs). After verification, a refund or replacement will be provided.
  • Quality Issues: If the food delivered is spoiled or compromised in hygiene, report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Upon validation, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or strikes.
  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Minor variations in taste or spice levels.
  • Personalized meal plans once preparation has commenced.
  1. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after collecting necessary details.
  1. Delivery Terms
  • Deliveries will be made to the address specified at the time of order placement.
  • In cases where delivery personnel are not permitted to enter the premises, meals will be left at the reception or security gate.
  • Meals are packed in microwave-safe containers. To avoid spillage, food is cooled to room temperature before packing. It is recommended to reheat the food before consumption.
